CNC Turning

Turning, CNC turning, or manual turning is the process of used to produce cylindrical components. Turning can be performed manually or under CNC control called CNC turning.

Our turning equipment includes CNC turning centers, a vertical turret lathe, turret lathes, gun-drilling lathes, and large, medium and small engine lathes. Our VTL can handle up to 72" diameters and our largest lathe can swing up to 52" pieces with a maximum length of 20 feet. Our machinists are accustomed to machining to tight tolerances and fine finishes to facilitate the mating of tight fitting machinery components.
